With view of the three bridges on one side, and the Pentland Hills beyond our equine paddocks on the other side, The Grange has six bedrooms, 3 superking/twinbedrooms upstairs (2 ensuite), 1 twin, 1 double, and 1 bunk (double and single). 3 further shower/bathrooms, Utility/Boot room. Games room with pool / table tennis and huge screen. Large Kitchen Dining and Large living room with patio doors to lovely fenced garden. 2 doggies most welcome. Hot Tub Jacuzzi in covered pergola area. Wood fired sauna for up to 8 people in adjacent private orchard.

Sleeps 2 dreamers. The Tottie Hut

Our beautiful Shepherds Hut is now available, set in a private little orchard with its own wood-fired hot tub. The Tottie Hut is beautifully appointed with a king size bed, a little wardrobe and plenty storage, little kitchenette, and a gorgeous little shower room with heated towel rail and generous shower. Outside in its lovely contained garden (with dog-safe fencing) is a dining area with festoon lights and a fire pit and BBQ. A digital detox might be your bag, but it's wifi connected with a smart TV, set in our lovely little orchard away from it all but just 20 minutes from Edinburgh and all it has to offer. Wood fired sauna also available set within Orchard part of the garden.

Rugby Weekend - We came for the rugby at Murrayfield Stadium, it’s so close, just 20 mins in the local taxi and we were right at the stadium. We had a great day in town, visited a few pubs ;) and came home to the warm welcoming Totleywells Grange with it huge screens and wood burner - perfect place to watch the highlights with a glass in hand!”

Best equipped holiday let we've ever been to! You have literally thought of everything. It's so lovely, plenty space for everyone, we just love the wood burner bar area, and the kids love the pool/table tennis. Not to mention watching the riders in the arena!

Our Family of 8 had an amazing time with lots to do for both adults and teens. The yard tour was a lovely touch. Events by Carriages' Catering was wonderful, especially the Victoria Sponge which is a must, everything was perfect and a great location to explore Stirling and Edinburgh from.

Just back from a wonderful 3 days at Totleywells. I had a brilliant camp with Gemma Kennedy then took part in the show today. It was all made extra special by staying in the newly opened Tottie Hut. It's beautiful, private and enclosed in the lovely Tottie Orchard.

This place is amazing! We stayed in the Tottie Hut and it was stunning. Any friends with dogs that fancy a peaceful break, it's gorgeous, the garden is private and fully secured, perfect in every way. You dont need a horse to stay there but if you had one, I'd recommend the facilities! The Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel aren't far away so we enjoyed those too.

Wow! Where do I start?! The house is fabulous and lots of space to chill out and enjoy. We were there for a family get together and it exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is so well equipped, we could make anything we wanted and super comfortable beds with lots of showers to choose from. The children loved the horses on site and their Shetland Pony Experience and I loved watching the horse jumping from the living room window.

First class! Everything you could want and perfect for large families, the games room is perfect, the house has been renovated to the highest standard, lovely enclosed garden and it's so enjoyable watching the horses go by and training.
