Directions:

Via M8: At junction 2, take the M9 exit (Forth Road Bridge / A90/Stirling) and exit at J1B after 4 miles . At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the B8020. In 0.2 miles, turn right and follow the road for 0.7 miles to arrive at Totlywells. Please use the 2nd entrance on the right, just before the very sharp left hand bend.

Via M80: 41 miles from Glasgow (41 mins by car) via M80. X miles after joining the M9, exit at junction J1B (16 miles) at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the B8020. In 0.2 miles, turn right and follow the road for 0.7 miles to arrive at. Totlywells. Please use the 2nd entrance on the right, just before the very sharp left hand bend.

Via M9: 7 miles from Edinburgh Airport. 1.5 miles after joining the A8 (Glasgow Road), take the 4th exit from the Newbridge Roundabout onto the M9. In 2.5 miles take the exit at J1B and take the 3rd exit from the roundabout onto the B8020. In 0.2 miles, turn right and follow the road for 0.7 miles to arrive at Totleywells. Please use the 2nd entrance on the right, just before the very sharp left hand bend.

Via M90: At junction 1A, take the A904 exit (Bo’ness / Kirkliston / Queensferry). At the Queensferry Junction, take the 3rd exit from the roundabout onto the A904. Take the first turning to the left (0.1 miles) and follow the road for 0.8 miles. The entrance to Totlywells is at a sharp right hand bend, just past Stewarton Polo Club.

Via A90 / Queensferry Road from Edinburgh: Continue straight along Queensferry Road, across the Mayberry junction. In aprox 3 miles the A90 merges onto the M90. Continue on the M90 for 1.2 miles and then take the exit marked for Queensferry Junction. From the slip road, take the first exit off the roundabout onto the A904, signposted Newton. In c.500m, take the first turning to the left. Follow the road (windy, narrow and can be bumpy) for aprox 1.5 miles. The entrance to Totlywells is at a sharp right hand bend, just past Stewarton Polo Club.

Totleywells is so easy to get to, less than a mile from the M9 J1B, M90 1A exits which connect easily to M8 and M80. So accessible yet so far away from it all. Making for a stress-free arrival…
